This company works hard to allow employees to balance work/personal life. Employees are encouraged to volunteer within their community. Compensation is unparalleled.

Cons

Lack of communication within the organization between upper management and front line employees. Due to economy, career growth is limited currently. Office was sometimes conducted like a stereotypical hierarchy, which can be discouraging to lower level employees at times.
