- Worked with some really good and talented people at this company. - The employees and (most) managers are really striving to improve the company culture. - The company has the potential to grow if they focus on their employees and don't burn them out. - You'll learn how to not run and manage a company.
Cons
- No initiative from top management for improving culture. - Employee morale is always low with most of them looking to exit soon. - Few veteran bad apples ruining the culture for everyone. - People are fired without warnings, there is no culture of molding employees into their best versions. - More managers than needed to band-aid for bad standards and processes. - Good employees don't stick around. - Less pay, more work (packaged as OnePointe culture)
