      Friendly environment Always willing to help out employees that may fall on hard times. Growing company- moving up is always an option.

      Cons

      Growing Company, there are growing pains and adjustments that are made that can seem to take longer than expected or to happen too abruptly. Can seem disorganized in the moment.

      Get What You Put In - Not for everyone -Tough Industry

      They Manufacture high-end lab furniture and other products, offer income stability, and always looking for good talent. Customer-centric and Customer Oriented. Match retirement, benefits, etc.

      Cons

      Do not hold on to malcontent employees. They can throw off your top performers. The Industry is high maintenance and demanding. Make sure it is something you want to do.
