Early finish one Wednesday every half term.

Cons

Inexperienced and under/ unqualified managers. Over governance and management from all male board of trustees who are not educated to degree level and do not have relevant knowledge or experience. High turn over of staff. High presure environment with an obsessive culture of accountability. Inordinate amounts of power given to students. Unnatainable targets and very poor work life balance. Constant change. Culture of fear. Huge lack of trust in their staff who are not treated as professionals.
