The ability to reach students outside of the four walls you're located in. Being able to interface with technology and other curriculum. Great students!

Cons

Keeping track of all the policies can be bothersome. The rapid pace at which changes are implemented. Not being able to showcase the awesomeness of the students outside of the school community.
