As the company is going more 'corporate', there is a lot of change and more structure - this is needed, but kind of unsettling and causing some concerns. Some managers are 'green' and as they're learning to manage, its a little bumpy. Also, there is a lot of work to be done and not a lot of training - its learning as you go.

OSV preaches Transparency and Fairness. This is far from the truth. Management does not care about their employees. No confidentiality when speaking with HR. Managers speak with you like you are children. My advice stick with a couple who cares and promote individuals who know their job. Instead of a company who promotes just friends and family. This not a place for a person of color. It's enough of us in here and if the people of color don't hold you back, it's the others. The managers of color they do have are a joke. The ten values are a joke. This is the main reason why its so much turnover.
