Pros

Pay - is much better than any other place in the area for this position for entry level agents. Leadership Team - Very interactive with the agents. I have already met quite a few and have only been here a month. PTO - between vacation and sick time (all considered 1 PTO bucket) it is a very generous amount of time, and it increases over the years. Co-Workers - All very nice. always a "good morning" and "have a good night" and friendly atmosphere. no hostility (at least not in the Mesa office) Boot Camp - They have an orientation class (after you start) That really introduces OSV and all the people that are working to make it a great company.

Cons

Training - There is no real official training. its kinda sit with this person or review that document and a lot of the time you just need to create something for yourself to do while "in training" and this can go on for a few weeks. 401K - while it is a great 6% match, it is only 25% of the first 6%. so really, if you contribute 6%, they are not matching 6%, They are only matching 1½ %. that is a big Con for me. Benefits - Very expensive if you need to add a spouse. Not too bad for self or self and children, but if you have a dependent spouse that needs to be on your benefits, be prepared to give half your check to that.

Pros

Company culture is great. They really understand how important the work/personal life balance is to my overall well-being as well as the company's bottom line. New Hire Orientation and training is 15 WEEKS! It is the most thorough I have experienced. They spend a lot of time ensuring you learn and master the tools to be successful.

Cons

Experiencing some growing pains. The Workday market is growing at such a rapid pace that it is difficult to hire qualified employees quickly enough.
