Pros

Flexible hours and good health benefits. Great location and ability to work from home. Teamwork on a peer level is great.

Cons

Disposable. Unorganized. No room for advancement. Poor training no cohesion between processes management too busy to train but holds you responsible once upper management gets on their back.

Pros

The culture, the people, the close knit environment, managers continuously working on your success, never encountered micromanaging from managers. I'm going to keep it real, the only reason i'm writing a review is because of all the negative things I see on here. I can take a good guess at who most of the reviewers are and say that they were miserable people coming into the company and miserable people leaving. I have worked for many bad companies and can say that I will NEVER find a team that cares about my success as much as OneSource does. In my book, that gets undying devotion. Even working here now, I notice a lot of complainers, from "why don't we have this" to "someone sneezed in upper management...WE'RE ALL GETTING FIRED!!" and I can tell you it's all ridiculous. I am a nobody employee at the bottom and can say that I feel very safe where I am. Its good to keep your ears to the ground...but some people here let it drive them into constant paranoia and lunacy. If you like a place that feeds you often, works with you and your lifestyle, has regular events, a volunteer organization, and competitive pay, give it a try.

Cons

At times a lack of transparency, handful incompetent managers, gossipy Now for the bad, there are times where news will come down the chain that one may not be expecting, it usually doesn't involve BPaaS employees but it is still a bit startling at times. As far as the managers, they are all great and really work with you and care about you...but there are times where you're left wondering...they let this person handle this? Usually it is because they're trying to adjust to changes that the business requires, but I care more about how they treat me as an employee so I can't hold that against them. And gossip, what office doesn't have it. I have learned a while ago to keep my mouth shut as people who work closely talk a lot. That's a typical office problem and you will find it anywhere. I do think that management should maybe try to snuff out this problem though.

Pros

Get a lot of exposure as you are left to swim on your own and figure out things for yourself. So by the time you are through addressing the challenge, you have learnt a lot.

Cons

1. Ever changing culture and leadership - lends to lack of stability 2. high exodus of experienced consultants who have been with the organization for over 3 years results in more work for the few left behind resulting in poor work-life balance. In addition, the organization is unable to attract talent 3. Poor paymaster and unattractive benefits.
