At times a lack of transparency, handful incompetent managers, gossipy
Now for the bad, there are times where news will come down the chain that one may not be expecting, it usually doesn't involve BPaaS employees but it is still a bit startling at times. As far as the managers, they are all great and really work with you and care about you...but there are times where you're left wondering...they let this person handle this? Usually it is because they're trying to adjust to changes that the business requires, but I care more about how they treat me as an employee so I can't hold that against them. And gossip, what office doesn't have it. I have learned a while ago to keep my mouth shut as people who work closely talk a lot. That's a typical office problem and you will find it anywhere. I do think that management should maybe try to snuff out this problem though.
