OneSource Virtual goes to great lengths to show appreciation of their employees. From monthly birthday/anniversary celebrations, to annual salary increases, to casual dress every day- OSV focuses on employee satisfaction day in and day out. We promote a culture that is fun, energetic, and follow an open door policy. There are not many companies out there where you get to know the CEO- but Brian Williams makes a key effort to get to know each and every employee. This is the first place I have worked that I would call a career, not just a job. I would call it a home, not just an office, and I would call it a family, not just a group of colleagues. I truly could not think of a better work environment, and it is a place where I don't mind getting out of bed each morning to come to.
Cons
Currently we are going through a few growing pains, but what company doesn't? The fact that we are growing at the rate we are should be an indication of what we have to offer.
