OneSource is a place where you can be creative and innovative and there are no limits to what you can accomplish while part of the OSV team. This has got to be one of the very best places to work in DFW.

Cons

The company is growing so fast there's often no time to get comfortable in one role.

Tons of room for growth and promotion; company values are the REAL DEAL, not just idle talk; Management is responsive to needs; PTO policy is generous and awesome

Cons

Benefits could be a bit better - a full 401k match would be a great start; Rapid growth means sometimes you need to blaze your own trail - great for go-getters but if you prefer to have a manager dictate your every move this might not be the best place for you

Workday is a Fantastic product. Flexibility in rules such as work from home policy. Amazing CEO and a top class upper management . Great Marketing and Sales team as well.

Cons

Expert suggestions are often ignored as they most likely report to middle management who can't even understand the basics of workday.
