Just a company to work for!

Benefits are good 100% remote End of year Bonus, but not paid until end of March following year.

Cons

Compensation. No raise without promotion. Hard work and still not acknowledge. Stuck at same job for years no pay increase. Insane PTO was unlimited now it's managed. No growth.

Does Not Pay Enough/No Flexibility

There is WAY too much emphasis on the company being like a family, which is always a red flag in an employer. They refuse your PTO. A lot of people in the company make it sound like they're in a cult with the way they talk about the company. There's no flexibility in your schedule. They assign you into a schedule without even asking you, and if you ask to work a different shift, it goes against your adherence...like I'm not calling off, I'm just asking if I can work a different shift a certain day if I need to? And then they refuse your PTO when you ask for it?! Also, the pay for this role is NOT enough considering the job functions. $21 for a role that requires experience and a bachelor's degree is ridiculous.
