Pros

Work/Life Balance is great, and my department truly understands that we have a life outside of work. Company growing tremendously, yet everyone is still just as nice as when I first joined 5 months ago! I like that I can volunteer during lunch with different people from the company for Meals on Wheels. I love the company-wide communication that is passed down, the total OSV culture is new, but truly encompassing of the people I work with and work around.

Cons

I cannot think of one negative thing about this place!

Pros

Pay - is much better than any other place in the area for this position for entry level agents. Leadership Team - Very interactive with the agents. I have already met quite a few and have only been here a month. PTO - between vacation and sick time (all considered 1 PTO bucket) it is a very generous amount of time, and it increases over the years. Co-Workers - All very nice. always a "good morning" and "have a good night" and friendly atmosphere. no hostility (at least not in the Mesa office) Boot Camp - They have an orientation class (after you start) That really introduces OSV and all the people that are working to make it a great company.

Cons

Training - There is no real official training. its kinda sit with this person or review that document and a lot of the time you just need to create something for yourself to do while "in training" and this can go on for a few weeks. 401K - while it is a great 6% match, it is only 25% of the first 6%. so really, if you contribute 6%, they are not matching 6%, They are only matching 1½ %. that is a big Con for me. Benefits - Very expensive if you need to add a spouse. Not too bad for self or self and children, but if you have a dependent spouse that needs to be on your benefits, be prepared to give half your check to that.

Pros

The "Pros" are what the company was truly based on in the beginning and the foundation that the leadership built it's initial success on.

Cons

Incredibly rapid growth has separated Upper Management from the reality of what is truly happening. The remote locations still seem to have a more positive outlook but those of us at the home office are extremely frustrated and disappointed in the recent growth in Outside Middle Management that want to just do things the way their last employer did. News flash there is a reason why it is their PAST Employer. This same Middle Management is responsible for hiring for positions that are not needed in these remote locations and then making decisions that WILL hurt the customers and thus the company as a whole.
