Pros

Great culture and I love our the team environment. My co-workers are extremely helpful and thankfully so is our management team.

Cons

The company is growing and shifting from a small company and learning how to scale. A few bumps here and there but utilizing ideas from their employees to find ways to make our jobs easier and enjoyable.

The rapid growth causes some growing pains. In my dept there is very little formal training. There are lots of resources but it's sort of we all train each other and we'll show you how to do that just as soon as you need to do that!! It's a little chaotic and unfamiliar but it's working!! LOL

Update to this post, you will see we have been making positive changes to our internal training programs. Now that training reports within Human Resources, we have more insight on the needed training programs and the available resources to develop and deliver on a consistent basis. We are not always perfect, but we are striving for Excellence!
