Excellent training, good internal jobs, and office layout is first class

Cons

One or two colleagues who managed to get in the door are trying to spoil things. Like in most companies change is inevitable and can have both _ve and +ve impact, however you need to crack a few eggs to make an omelette.

Strong leadership, changed a negative atmosphere to a positive one, retaining their staff and new positions being created due to a great sales pipeline, experienced and highly regarded consultants in the workday eco-system under each displine. Managers who actively seek your opinion and communicate well.

Cons

Hard to think of one presently, in the past there would have been loads but the leadership have really turned things around, and we have a good idea of the direction we want to move in.

Pros

Wonderful culture, excellent compensation and benefits package. Modern working environment and fab technology. Flexible working an option if required. Management are very hands on and transparent.

Cons

Not really a con but every fortnight there appears to be a reason for catering food. Can’t complain though really.
