flexible PTO, nice offices, good healthcare, relaxed and accepting company culture, fun events, solid plans for the future of the business

Cons

some departments don't get nearly enough recognition for their contributions, haven't had a raise in several years despite getting more responsibilities, and my goals for professional development were shot down

OneSpan has a long history of protecting hundreds of multinational companies with reliable hardware and software offerings. With a strong balance sheet, an A-list of customers, and our all-star security experts, the company is poised for growth from our new cloud platform and service solutions. Also a big plus - the Chicago office is nicely located right on the beautiful River Walk!

Cons

We learned from the film Moneyball that one needs to 'adapt or die'. Change can be difficult so if you're looking to join the OneSpan, it will be good to know that company is in a transformation to helping our customers in new ways. If you are able to adapt and change, then you will do well at OneSpan.
