Great Work Environment - Opportunity

Pros

- Great environment and work life balance - Positive image, culture and values - People are great to work with - Currently investing in its people - Opportunities may arise as the industry is changing, and company is investing in people and new solutions.

Cons

- Not the most competitive compensation package. - Not all the bells and whistles that come with larger multinational companies, however this is compensated by other value adding features above.

Pros

Company is growing and evolving through transition after acquisition. Lots of opportunity for upward and lateral growth. Exciting industry. A commitment to do the right thing for customers.

Cons

The hours are long. Expectations high. Still striving to find a good work/life balance. Company is still going through some growing pains transitioning from small company to present.

A great place to work & learn

Pros

Although I have only been with eSignLive a very short time the culture and focus on being customer centric is felt from the executive level right through to the front line ranks. This organization cares about their people and the clientele. A great example is our president's view that each and every client has the best customer experience ever - this is not just lip service or a motto, but truly a creed and culture that is bred into each and every employee. I came from a global organization where we talked about the customer and being customer centric, here at eSignLive we live it. We empowered to do what it is right for the customer and ensuring they are satisfied. What makes a great company are there people and I have been very fortunate to meet some of the most talented and humble people in the software and IT industry here at eSignLive. It is one of the few organizations where you truly can put your heart into your work and it is recognized all the way at the top. This is truly a fast paced environment and diverse skills are not only appreciated but encouraged. You will never be bored and there is a ton to learn.

Cons

There aren't really cons. I am sure there are in every organization, to be successful here requires passion and drive. You need to be self sufficient and driven. This is not a place for everyone, as it require self learning and the understanding that you need to go find the answers as you are not spoon fed.
