Pros
I have enjoyed working at VASCO for many years. I find that many of my colleagues are experts with many years of expertise in the field and this is a major benefit to our customers. Our customer count on VASCO to secure their applications and customers, in a world of evolving threats. This can be a challenging environment for some people, because you have to continue to learn and get better. Those that put the work in and accept the challenge are rewarded. Based on my results and hard work I have earned several promotions and additional responsibilities. I am very excited for the future of our business and the opportunity that is ahead of VASCO. The work environment and culture is very open where my colleagues listen to me and challenge me as we work together to solve problems, create solutions and grow the company. It is a very creative and opportunistic environment that often you don't find at such a stable and mature company. Like most things in life your career and success is based on your attitude, hard work, and intelligence and the opportunity to apply these. At VASCO they will push you, coach you, and give you the foundation to become what you can be. I would add that I have many respected colleagues around the world from Boston, to Brussels, to Bordeaux, to Sidney, to Singapore, to Tokyo, to San Paulo that at any moment will stop what they are doing to help and share their expertise. For the right person with the right ambition and attitude, this is an awesome experience.
Cons
I don't have anything negative to say about VASCO. I find that like every company there are problems and challenges. Often the solution is complicated and takes time. Most things that are important do. For me I try to be part of the solution and look for ways to help.
