Pros

The people! That´s the best and most valueable asset of OneSpan, but that is in danger because of the bad results the company is facing.

Cons

The products are not following the market regarding functionalities, objectives and features. That creates problems with the internal teams, customers and makes people move to other companies.

Truly Committed to their Customers and Employees

Pros

Working remotely during the Corona virus crisis is a breeze as they had already invested so much in their infrastructure within the past 2 years. We have not had any interruptions for supporting our customers and as an employee, I feel like I am "in the know" now as I was when I was coming into the office. The CEO truly cares about OneSpan's employees and vision. Very impressive!

Cons

The OneSpan name is not yet well known since they re-branded in 2018 from Vasco.

OneSpan has been very fortunate to transition smoothly to remote work with the help of our excellent IT team and the infrastructure that has been built. We are even still hiring!

Pros

I am part of a smart and collaborative international team. We have a broad variety of opportunities to grow in our practice and take advantage of continuing education. Each team member is given independence, flexibility and is appreciated for their contributions. I feel like we have a voice in the direction of our group. This has been the best work environment of my (long) career.

Cons

With a growing company sometimes there can be communication issues (comings and goings, new offerings, etc.) which can impact inter group collaboration.
