      If there is work, it can be a fun environment to work in.

      Cons

      Bad hiring practice. Will hire positions and will lay you off if the target numbers aren't met. No company direction. only focused on cost cutting.

      Matt was appealing on the surface, before reading through the lines and getting to know his B.S.

      Cons

      Problems at this company go far deeper than bad management, even deeper than poor leadership. Why is the Board so incompetent? Your executive team is anemic and you've taken little action to fix it. Not to mention you kicked the 75 year old founder of the company off the board. Incompetence and unethical behavior abounds at Onespan! (So long as you are an executive or board member and a yes-man)
