Pros
Right now, almost nothing. There are some good people, but they are expected to be superheroes and save the company for very little if any recognition.
Cons
Hard work has been paid with deep cuts that won’t care much about anything other than cost reduction. There’s no business vision and no product strategy. Leadership keeps repeating the same stale strategy from 20 years ago. There’s a deafening lack of transparency and leadership don’t even recognize anymore when they’re straight up lying to employees. Middle management doesn’t have a say in anything. Mistrust is all around at management level. Really toxic environment.
