Upper managers are in their own world. There is literally a "vision" (or rather lack of) change every few weeks. The exec team members change every few months, looks like Matt can't handle any opposition to his narcissistic views.
Decisions do not take reality into account, they don't make sense, they never ask for feedback. Productivity tools are ditched, tons of money are wasted for new product development that never get to production. The products are behind competition in terms of features, however they think they are market leaders and they will hit the $1B mark; all while having losses and stock price is in a 10-year low.
No career opportunities. The bootlickers are promoted while valuable people are fired on the spot with no reasoning, sometimes leaving whole products without tech support.
Terrible workload, the few who are left can't cope with it. Nobody believes this company will survive. Engagement surveys year-after-year show no trust to leadership, however they don't even acknowledge there is an issue.
Toxic to the bone. Avoid at all costs.
