      Pros

      Geat new office, flexible working hours, good benefits.

      Cons

      Low compensation, old tech stack, lot of technical debt, messy code and projects, no time to make things right, massive efforts for maintaining existing products, an enormous amount of sprint management bureaucracy, many management positions taken by people without a technical background, no proper hiring process.

      Salary is good, payrises have also been good . The work used to be interesting and varied.

      Cons

      Sales targets never seem to be aligned with Product or Engineering. Which results in disappointment for all concerned. New management came in and instigated a new strategy (that was quite compelling) then hired a lot of Sales people (apparently with sign-on bonuses), then held a very expensive looking Sales Kickoff. 8 months later the company has laid off most of them and gutted other departments. Yet management still insists the strategy is working. Morale is rock bottom.

      This company has gone through the worst round of hiring and redundancies I have ever experienced, they grew their workforce in Q1 then made them all redundant in Q2 taking many dozens of individuals out of secure jobs then paying them off with just one weeks salary!!! THIS IS NO PLACE IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR JOB SECURITY AND CAREER GROWTH! They consider their ESignature solution to be as good as DocuSign but it is nowhere near the same capability for many reasons but integration to 3rd party solutions is only one of them
