Pros
The industry is great, and VASCO has a decent reputation as an international publicly traded company. You get a chance to have some responsibilities. Some of the people are nice and helpful.
Cons
The company is a Belgium company, and has a small office in the US. The products and trainings are catered toward European customers. Management in the US has not found a way to grow the US enterprise base. Very 90 day focused company. Quotas are unrealistic, and management is not helpful. Worst of all, their products aren't selling, and the authentication market is going away for US enterprises. They haven't found a way to compete with mobile authentication companies that are taking over. As far as a career goes, there is no real career path here.
