Old Technology, old story, although if they can figure out how to market some of the newer products they've acquired they should be able to maintain.

Cons

Old technology, old story, dysfunctional, no marketing, living on their laurels, did I mention dysfuntional?

Cons

Horrible, toxic work environment. Each week, more employees are being laid off without a real explanation. Vision is not being carried out and the working conditions are more chaotic than ever. Technology for employees and customers is outdated.

OneSpan had high plans that failed miserably. They made many promises and hired a crap ton in sales. Expected huge Enterprise outbound growth in just 6 short months then cut basically 3/4 of the sales teams. Things are disorganized and not lots of room for growth. Quota expectations are unrealistic for OB.
