Decent compensation and benefits package. Extremely friendly and casual local office enviroment.

Cons

A disconnected bunch of companies acquired and not properly integrated into one homogeneous entity working towards common goals. Huge cultural differences, lack of transparency, political games, lack of information sharing and generally poor coordination at all levels hold this company back from enormous potential. No opportunities for career advancement. Core company values are not respected, even by senior employees. Senior management is absolutely invisible; no live all-employee meetings to help staff feel like they are part of something. No team building, nor off-site opportunities in the past year (except for x-mas party).

While there is continued space for improvement OneSpan has taken 2019 to focus on performance and developing career growth opportunities within departments. Many teams are now looking into the future and how to best support our employees to learn and grow more within the organization.
