6yThanks for sharing, we value a culture of transparency and your feedback will help us get there. We encourage our team to come forward if they are not receiving support from leadership so we can work together on finding a solution. We do have a live all-hands meeting, if you look for them we encoruge you to raise your hand. To help us better understand individual and departmental experiences, we constantly evaluate our methods for collecting feedback, we are looking into adding more surveys and focus groups to fuel improvements in this area.
