Great Indistry to work in. As the company is growing we move at a fast pace and you will be empowered to make changes. Very Global, teams comprise of people from all over the world. I feel very supported and empowered by leadership.

Cons

A lot of changes and change is not for everyone.

bad management. too much politics. no compensation for hard work. bad communication. bad benifits.

They pay you and the checks don't bounce

Cons

Terrible culture. CEO gets on company call and says "We are not a family". Ok to think it - but to say it to the entire company. Needs to go back to being a Chemical Engineer. Most NON DYNAMIC CEO ever.
