Free coffee in the break room.

Cons

Underpaid with no salary increase since my inception several years ago even though yearly reviews are exemplary. Extremely high employee turnover makes it difficult as workload just gets spread among the remaining team members. They have merged several roles so that employees have taken on the responsibilities of multiple jobs which they are calling a promotion yet no pay increase. Other benefits such as medical and dental are mediocre. Moral is down across the entire customer facing team.

As a growing company we are experiencing many changes and change is often uncomfortable yet necessary to improve things in the long run. Fair place to work - Easy/stable environment, Cold and divided Culture

Pros

- A real 9-5 workplace - Very technically centered office with individuals with many years experience - Car/gas/insurance (could be changing with new eco-friendly ambitions of Gov)

Cons

- Lunch options severely limited, no food facility on location, all done externally (not great service/options) - Majority Flemish personnel - can feel like the majority are closed off and lacking in making the effort to integrate other non-dutch speakers - Top Management on Ivory Tower making decisions without acknowledging, assessing and reflecting on repercussions to the bottom line - International company but feels very siloed and divided per regional offices (No Company events) - Political - teams feel siloed and the organization feels divided.
