Pros

There are some knowledgeable people. You can share ideas and learn from them. Tech stack is mostly up to date. Opportunities to learn if you are correctly positioned within the company.

Cons

No collaborative team culture within teams. It affects creativity. Micromanaging happens at all levels. Too much of backstabbing and pointless complaining all the time.

- High staff turnaround - No team building initiatives - Such rapid growth that there isn’t much time for dedicated training

. A big company with the energy of a startup . Everyone is extremely helpful . They go to extreme lengths to make sure the culture is vibrant . The office is really nice and is structured in a way that encourages communication and collaboration . Very understanding and flexible when it comes to working from home . SNACKS, BBQ AND OFF WORK ACTIVITIES!!!! . As an engineer, the technology stack is every developer's dream

Cons

Honestly, nothing that i can think off at the moment.
