Pros
- Work from Home: Working from home is really comfortable and makes call center work nicer. - Decent starting pay: Pay starts at 9.00 an hour which is higher than most local jobs. - Opportunities for promotion: If you do your job well, you can move to higher positions.
Cons
- Irate Customers: Because the job is ISP Tech Support, the customers calling in are all normal people and many of whom are very angry to have lost their internet services.
