Pros

They are flexible and they work with you as much as they can when Life throws you a curve ball.

Cons

They make advancement sound easy and they dangle opportunities in your face sometimes without actually rewarding you when you put the time in which can make you feel burnt out rather quickly.

The job is a great starting point for people looking to get their foot in the door in the IT world with plenty of opportunities for motivated individuals, the truth is the only thing that will hold you back is yourself.

Cons

The job can be daunting if you let the agitated customers get to you, it is definitely high-stress, but working at home is a huge advantage
