Team leads are bullies. Will fire you if there is any chance you are going to make them look bad.

Pros

If you like computers and helping customers with PC issues, it is a nice place to work. Fairly decent amount of support once you are live.

Cons

Terrible leads in place that will do anything to save their own necks. They rate you using ACT, ( average call time) which is very frustrating when doing tech support. You can not control how fast the customer is going to be able to follow your directions. Low end on the pay scale. Have to get in "queue" to take a bathroom break.
