      Flexible Hours are about the only thing good I can say about this.

      Overworked and under payed. Also layoffs when it gets slow

      Pros

      There are no pros. Management is too inconsistent. Too much favoritism is expressed.

      Cons

      They have too many teens as management and blunt wraps are thrown outside the parking lot. Most employees are black and they have a click.

      Pros

      There was commission provided for sales made. The job was pretty simple. Sometimes there were company prizes and giveaways through raffles.

      Cons

      There were only short breaks allowed. You had to sit in a chair for your entire shift. You had to talk on the phone your entire shift. The job can get pretty boring and monotone, saying nearly the same thing in each conversation.
