Pros

Trainers, supervisorso, managers, and administration are all very supportive.

Cons

Expectations are set for quantity not quality, they expect you to identify with the customer but then tell you about your talk time needs to be lower!

Pros

The people that work there are friendly and it is like a family there, but it's not worth it.

Cons

Management lies to everyone, the company is falling apart, there is so many illegal things going on in that horrible place. It's a joke. I can't wait to leave. Everyone in there complains about it, especially about what we get paid for all the work we do. Supervisors have given up, so help on the floor is meaningless. They only pay $10.00 an hour, no one can get sales because of how we are told to do things. Horrible place to work. I will NEVER recommend it to anyone.
