Pros

Grow from just a job to a career, meet new people, and make a lot of money. Gain experience and learn more about customer service. They have the best teachers to me in your training class. Mr. Jay hired me.

Cons

The chairs are a little uncomforable but i'll manage.

the way the team works with you and guides you through everything is so helpful, the communication and the always willing to push you forward , you are not restrained you are able to grow as much as you want .

Cons

only downside would be the pay is biweekly .

Pros

-Benefits exist (but aren't great) +They're super flexible about days you need off (this depends on the office and management) Pay is reasonable for the workload (definitely not liveable)

Cons

Management is disorganized and infantile Company has a tendency for wrongful termination (my wife was forced to resign bc they didn't want her on maternity leave) No office stability. Things were always changing and always rotating. It was never a call center Employees are LOUD and obnoxious. Most childish people I've ever met
