One touch direct is an great opportunity for growth, While learning how to treat, respect,help and respond to each customer needs. We use uncarrier moves and provide available benefits of being an T-mobile customer, and solving each customer issue with accurate results.

Pros

More relaxed atmosphere than other call centers, and superviors are easy to work with, so it's usually drama-free. You aren't glued to a cubicle throughout the day. Both centers in the Tampa metro area are in convenient locations.

Cons

Employees are underpaid, and commission fluctuates wildly. Some positions are not sustainable. Some employees can be unprofessional, depending on which center you work at. Very low incentive to excel at your job.
