Pros

Agents support each other. Most supervisors are very supportive. Benefits are good.

Cons

Commissions were changed in September. Big difference from what we made before, compared to now. Now at least $10,000 less for many agents.

We want to help people redefine earning potential with competitive pay plus monthly bonuses.
