Pros

Fair wages, Supportive upper management, and easy to track progress

Cons

Promotions were given out for friendship, not skill level. One supervisor came from the front desk, and had no prior experience to manage. I and several others had to do her job.

Pros

Working remotely, and I was provided a laptop for work. Usually flexible with schedule, if need be. A good start up if you’re looking to start a remote career

Cons

Pay is not sustainable, and there are no raises unless you are promoted.

Pros

Possibility to do overtime, events, possibility to earn commission.

Cons

They paint themselves as a progressive company, they take away the overtime for any reason, they change their commission structure every six months sometimes more often, there is no such thing as work and life balance, they refuse to give raises to anyone regardless of position, policies change by the month, HR no longer takes walk-ins so now you have to report to your manager, and they have to be the ones to report to HR if they deem the reason for the reporting valid, you work a specific schedule and they harass you to stay longer, if you have another job, unfortunately you might have to quit that job to make this one your priority, if you have a family emergency they will try to convince you to not go home or to make up your hours, if you have a disability or a health issue, they will not accommodate you. They push you to sell but you will not be getting paid for anything that you sell unless it is a brand new first responder line, if a customer leaves you a bad survey, and you can see clearly that the survey was not meant for you, but for the company they do not remove that survey, knowing very well that our commission depends on our surveys. Their excuse or their way to fix the issue when it comes to the surveys is to call you so you can do better even when they can clearly see that is not the agent’s fault. If you are here in this company for many years, don’t expect a raise. Per the CEO “show us your worth and maybe I will increase the pay”. This place is a very hostile work environment. Some supervisors will follow you to the bathroom to make sure that that is what you are there for to use the bathroom, some supervisors will take away your brakes because you went over by 5 to 10 minutes because according to the company going to the bathroom is a break and if you’re already use it, you cannot use anymore. They don’t want us to transfer customers to other departments when we cannot help them, but they also don’t want us to give the phone number to the customers for the department that they are supposed to speak to. If we are caught with a list of phone numbers, we will get written up.
