Pros

-Possibility of earning weekly commission. -Possibility of earning extra $1-$2 per hr via different project options or temp spiff for specified dept. -Possibility for OT sometimes, depending on project + individual performance. -Possibility of schedule flexibility -Low cost meals provided by company contribution & partnership with local eateries. -Possibility of earning or winning various prizes through site performance incentives -Mini Mart & tv/game area. -Covered outdoor smoking area

Cons

-Lack of post training/nesting development for both managers and non managers. -Lack of “head-hunting” performance proven internal prospects for leadership roles. -Or recruitment of an external candidate with the same qualifications as described above for leadership roles. -Coaching from onsite & remote supervisors, onsite & remote QA, or anyone else is always punitive either for under performance, live or remote interaction monitoring, or bad survey feedback/score. Rather than regular and constructive, with the intent of using positive reinforcement to encourage self motivation for development. -Commission structure consistently changing to pay agents less. -No merit based or annual pay increases -Company insurance is a joke. -When client changes happen (which happens normally), mass terminations are possible & have happened. -Due to the nature of employment as described above, mixed with reckless hiring of just anyone at times, there seems to be an overwhelming amount of disgruntled ex-employees who want to physically harm management or company property itself based upon how leadership handles terminations.

Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed and thoughtful review. We truly appreciate the recognition of the many positive aspects you highlighted—from performance-based incentives and schedule flexibility to on-site amenities and low-cost meals. We work hard to provide these offerings to support both the productivity and well-being of our team members. We also appreciate your candid insights regarding areas of improvement. Professional development, leadership selection, and performance coaching are all critical components of our workplace culture, and we acknowledge that we have more work to do in making these processes more consistent, developmental, and motivating for all employees—regardless of role or tenure. Regarding coaching, our goal is to promote growth through constructive, ongoing feedback. If any feedback feels overly punitive or inconsistent, that’s something we want to understand and address. Similarly, we know how important it is to have transparent and fair compensation models, and your concerns around changes to commission structures have been noted and will be shared with leadership. Lastly, your comment regarding employee safety and the emotional aftermath of terminations is not taken lightly. We are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and secure environment for all employees. If there are ever concerns about threats or safety, we take them seriously and encourage immediate reporting through the proper internal channels. Your voice matters, and your feedback is invaluable as we continue to grow and evolve as an organization. Thank you again for your contributions during your time with us.

Pros

Most of my coworkers were great and I enjoyed working with them.

Cons

You will never get a raise. It's company policy. No matter how well you do your job, you will be living under the poverty line and cannot rise above it. It is very easy to manipulate the upper management with a sob story in order to target another employee. People are afraid to complain about their supervisor because of retaliation, which DOES happen. One team supervisor is very inept and has great difficulty communicating, comprehending, and admitting any fault. The computers they send to employees do not function well enough to do the job as expected. Senior management and the CEO appear to think they are doing their employees a favor by providing employment and that employees should be grateful to be allowed to work there. You will never rise above a certain level because upper management saves those jobs for their friends and/or hires from outside the company.
