Pros

Flex schedule fun people to work with and the commission is awesome for those who work hard and come to work and focus

Cons

I worked there for a little over two years and was a easy disposal for a minor reason with no backing of my supervisor whom I went to bat for multiple times

They play cool music and have cheap free catering every month or so.

Cons

Managers who lie and intimidate, expect to get cursed out for adequate performance working here

Pros

More relaxed atmosphere than other call centers, and superviors are easy to work with, so it's usually drama-free. You aren't glued to a cubicle throughout the day. Both centers in the Tampa metro area are in convenient locations.

Cons

Employees are underpaid, and commission fluctuates wildly. Some positions are not sustainable. Some employees can be unprofessional, depending on which center you work at. Very low incentive to excel at your job.
