Pros

Literally nothing. The company is a joke, they care only about the money they are bringing in for themselves even at the extent of screwing over their employees.

Cons

One Touch is probably the worst company I have ever worked for. They claim to care about its employees and their families and personal lives when it comes to trying to convince those employees to either change their schedule or accept some type of massive change ( there is always some huge change going on, every couple of months like clockwork). They treat their supervisors so poorly, they play unrealistic and unfair favoritism. The site director and program managers have their own little cushy schedules and offices and never come in on the weekends. Upper management is always talking about making sure agents and sups are doing their jobs correctly because There are always chances to get fired basically, but they don’t worry because it’s never their job on the line. They will make you feel important, give you a nice title and then take everything away then cut your pay in half. They don’t care how long you’ve put up with their unprofessional company, tenure doesn’t matter. And even before you work there, they post their job offerings for 15-18 dollars per hour(they want people to think they can make lots of money) but the truth is, it’s a minimum wage job in which they claim commission makes up for an extra 6 dollars an hour and they are constantly changing your job description to suit whatever needs corporate wants for the month(because your signature on the hiring paperwork doesn’t matter) They will do what they have to do to make a buck, even if it means screwing over the entire agent and sup population of the building. I would never recommend anyone work for this low life, penny pinching, unfair and unprofessional workplace, EVER!

Try hard not to give up on the job

Pros

-PTO Racks up quickly -Many opportunities to get promoted -flexible with scheduling and lenient on attendance if it's necessary

Cons

there are incentives that can be earned aside from your base pay, like commissions and bonuses, but the metrics you have to meet seem almost rigged to not be easily achieved lately there's been an attendance crisis so bad that on many occasions entire teams won't show up for work. I won't deny many coworkers have real and personal circumstances that may cause this but the majority have made a habit of showing up or leaving when they please. In turn, this leads to my next point. The few of you that dutifully show up to work will have a lave amount of inbound calls to tackle that will be back-to-back. Cashing out your PTO is a pain; the system you're supposed to submit requests to automatically denies them and you have to go through an undertaking of having to ask your supervisor to notify management so they can revise your denied request

Pros

None, this place is a joke

Cons

Everything is bad, they constantly change commission structure so you don’t make money, good managers are either transfer to other programs or they leave plus they push you to sell
