Not what it pretended to be, I was a Full time employee for about 1 week that was enough for me. Mass hiring that was an experience in itself... Class started out with 14 people.. The 1st day of training there were only 5 people actually started.. Such a revolving door.. When I finally got the check they deducted for a badge & headset which I never received.. This job is a joke.. Please run as fast as you can. The pay was $10 an hour. Other figures are based on your commission which the fail to inform you of.

More like one touch Scream! The place is so unorganized so unstructured and no guidance! Reps are doing whatever they please and supervisors are not given the tools they need to succeed nor are the poor reps! Frontier is the partner they just took over and out of 11 partners they are ranked 11th! In my training class alone 8 people quit during training and 1 sup out in the first 2 months 6 sups quit! They do not provide the proper training for what is to happen on the floor and systems are not properly trained. You know its bad when 3 sups call out in one day becasue they hate the place and the management has no idea how to run the place or fix any issues since they are all new as well and went through the same training class! You would think they would have had separate training! They have no policies set in place so the reps can come in late whenever they want and nothing is held accountable. Benefits suck if you are not single unless you want to pay $369 for basic insu every 2 weeks (no exaggeration) You can get high just walking in the place Also the place ask reps to do Glassdoor reviews and promises them an hour of pto time in exchange so they can look good! If you love having a nightmare of a place to work and do not care about feeling like nothing then this is def the place for you . If your someone with morals then do not even apply! If I could give this place a negative marking on overall rating I would rather than any stars!
