Pros

Flexible schedules. Will work with you if you need to missed days or leave early.

Cons

Pay. I believe it pays the least of all contact centers, which does NOT compensate for everything the employees are expected to do.

Pros

Flexibility and that is ALL!

Cons

Long hours with only 10 min. breaks and 30 min. lunch (overworked), the pay sucks and there are too many job duties and quotas to meet for the little amount they pay. Also, it seems like they just hire anybody that's over 18, so basically did not like the atmosphere as well.
