      Pros

      Money to be made, growth and advancement if you want it. Company tries more than most to meet the increasing demand of US based outsourced call center hours.

      Cons

      Not so much of a con as a reality of outsourced call center work, you have to be flexible to the demands of the client. Those demands may change monthly. So while you are in the same position your objectives may and will change often and unpredictable.

      Pros

      OneTouch provides a fun atmosphere with plenty of room to grow and advance. The programs offer solid pay with commissions. There are often lots of fun activities going on.

      Cons

      The programs can change from time to time, but that is the nature of working for a third-party call center, as I have done for many years.

      Pros

      I am always learning something new and given the opportunity to grow. My coworkers are amazing. Although we have different locations there is always a connection when it comes to our department whether it is through a visit or a morning meeting. I have never questioned what my goal is and have easy access to the tools I need to be successful

      Cons

      There are none that I can think of.
