Good steady work

Pros

Steady work load with plenty of overtime available if wanted. In my time here have only seen the company grow. Company trains and promotes from within. Pay increases based on merit.

Cons

Really under staffed and sales does their job "too well" leaving huge workloads with tight turnaround times. Machinery is outdated and starting to show thier miles. Use shady staffing agency that sends criminals and drug addicts and expects regulars to turn them into career machine operators. Some members of management lack experience in the industry and/or departments they lead.

Pros

Flexible Schedule Easy work The workload can be overwhelming when it's super busy. Paid sick days Sometimes you get free lunch

Cons

A lot of Miscommunications Favoritism Disorganized Management Getting a raise is hard unless you're favorited. You can work there for more than 3 years and not get a raise. Mistreat their employees Employees are not appreciated not until pointed out. Company is really cheap I've watched a lot of people come and go in this company. Be careful who you talk to and watch what you say.
