Market Leader in NoTrust

Pros

Pay and insurance coverage was solid, no idea what it will look like now "due to market forces", which was cited as the reason for layoffs You can actually use your unlimited PTO and approvals came fast Flexible schedule, WFH

Cons

NoTrust is the brand right now. They earned negative stars for Culture & Values. OneTrust is "The Market-Defining Leader for Trust Intelligence", but they do not practice what they preach. There is no transparency from leadership, no communication, no insight into why processes are stalled, no process improvement, no follow through on major announcements, everyone is siloed, no strategy, changes are announced without any plan in place and chaos ensues, and no way for employees to effectively address their concerns to upper management.

Pros

Great people - opportunities to spearhead project and take on new initiatives - you will learn a lot in a PMM role here and be trusted to lead a product Marketing /go to market strategy (all on your own, sharp and driven employees/team, fast paced growing company that keeps you on your toes,

Cons

Internal politics and favoritism amongst leadership (especially referring to a Manager-Individual Contributor relationship), employee concerns regarding leadership interaction not quite taken seriously by the proper departments or individuals, unorganized or complex internal processes that need refinement, employees required to take CIPP/E & M certifications which consume a lot time that could be used to complete priority tasks, company brags about themselves a lot, when pitching product/solution/company to prospects the conversation spends too much discussing the company and not the solution itself, minimal work life balance, no employee resource groups, no community service opportunities

Pros

Incredibly intelligent and hard working engineers, one-of-a-kind product that is cutting edge. Pay is above average.

Cons

Senior leadership doesn't care at all about their employees. Very cliquish, incompetent managers. They are not at all trying to make this a great place to work.
