Pros

I love working with the people. Everyone is friendly and aims to improve the business and themselves. We are quick and moving at a fast pace to ensure we are up to date with the latest laws and regulation.

Cons

There quite of few changes in leadership and it can be tough having to grow your career if your manager changes quickly.

I appreciate the transparency behind the decisions being made within the organization. From the beginning of my employment, I felt that my input was valued, and I had the opportunity to make a meaningful impact early on. I also believe there is great potential in further empowering employees by asking what programs they would like OneTrust to develop, or by encouraging team members to initiate their own internal programs aimed at career growth.

Cons

There has been alot of leadership changes in the sales org and things move slowly sometimes when it comes to getting money approved.

Starting in FY27, the executive leadership team is beginning a monthly companywide All Hands cadence to ensure all employees are hearing from leadership regularly. We look forward to this revamped set up and especially our Company Kick Off in early February to set the tone for FY27.
