Pros
For an early stage tech opportunity to be compelling, you need a number of ingredients: great product, operational expertise, a sizable market, solid financials, talent, hunger, culture and more. OneTrust ticks all those boxes for me. I see the best of previous ventures here which makes for a strong foundation.
Cons
Early stage companies are not for everyone. If you have a big company orientation, be sure you know what you're getting into before joining a lean, hard-charging company.
