The Vice President-level management exhibits significant deficiencies in people management skills. It appears that many individuals in these roles have been appointed based on personal connections rather than demonstrated expertise or qualifications.

We acknowledge your feedback regarding senior manager enablement. Our Leadership & Development team has done incredible work this year to move the needle in this area. They rolled out OneTrust's first Leadership Foundations program in June 2025 to help equip and enable our people leaders to go from just managing people to effectively leading, inspiring, and empowering teams.
