      Cons

      Executive flip flops every month on promises. Lies we’ve been told included: - we paid to get OneTrust on top of our office building (the CEO bragged about this, never happened) - there aren’t enough talented poc to hire - everyone was getting raises to adjust for inflation (1/4 of the company got laid off) - we were growing faster than ever and more profitable than ever (layoffs came) Additionally, management is extremely young and inexperienced. They do not know how to manage people and you are often left to teach yourself.

      Working here helped my resume so I could find a better company

      The CEO is just horrible. He sounds like a spoiled frat bro and throws fits in all hands meetings. He also answers questions submitted by employees….if they don’t actually push him in any way (i.e “how many pets do you have?” When question after question about diversity and inclusion are being ignored). I luckily left before the mass layoffs, but I think the layoffs really show how horrible leadership is. They were acquiring companies and hiring a lot of great talent for those companies just months before they laid those same people off.

      -Unlimited PTO -1 month paternity leave - Some really good folks in engineering /dev and /Product who know and invest in their work day in/ day out

      Cons

      - With the massive layoffs happening so often, there is a fragile environment and fear of losing one’s livelihood with no flags - leadership is spineless and lie a lot - Kabir is the worst leader one can wish for to run a company - They acquire companies and lay off the former company employees - no matter what you do here , your job is not secure
